On my 8th birthday I dropped my brand new camera straight into the swimming pool. The film and the photos were ruined. Thankfully, that disaster did not deter me from photography altogether! Years later I purchased another camera and this time, I was much more successful. 

Emily Jean Photography was officially opened in 2010. Over the last decade I have photographed 100+ weddings, and thousands of portraits including families, seniors, and boudoir clients.

About Ben

In 2015 my wedding schedule grew, and I decided to hire a second photographer to help me out. Well, Ben and I spent that wedding season together around love and by the end of the year we too were in love. 

Now, not only is Ben my second shooter on wedding days, but he is my partner in life! He is the sweetest guy you will ever meet and has such a caring and considerate heart. His skills compliment mine perfectly and together we are quite the dynamic-duo! ;) 

I capture your true emotions and beauty with sincerity and pride. I am 100% committed to producing images and heirloom products that reflect you. I am here for you every step of the way: to answer your questions, put you at ease, and help you pick out the perfect photos to display and cherish.

Although actually taking the photos is a true love of mine, I am a professional photographer because I love working with people so stinking much! I spend time getting to know each and every client on a personal level so that I can serve them in the best way possible. Being there for my clients no matter what they need is something I am so proud of! 

My photographic style is bright, colorful, and true to life. I want your images to reflect how the day genuinely looked. I’m an expert at posing and will flatter you in every way. Trust me and you will have some fantastic photos!
