I absolutely love being a photographer. Being a photographer in the midwest however is a challenge! It’s hard to sit indoors all winter without photographing. Luckily for me, Laura and Travis were just as anxious as me to get outside for their engagement photography session.
We booked the date for early spring and it turned out perfectly. Laura and Travis chose a barn on an apple orchard in La Crescent, MN for their wedding venue so we spent the afternoon there.  Although it was a little windy and chilly, they did great and kept each other warm! I had to give little to no direction to these two because they were so happy to be around each other; the energy level was high. The only struggle I had was keeping Travis’s eyes on the camera, he couldn’t stop staring at his gorgeous bride to be.
