Jenn & Alex's - La Crosse, WI Winter Wedding

The summer is coming to an end. Days are getting shorter and the weather is cooling down. Winter is just around the corner! Last December we had one of the coldest days of the year – Jenn and Alex’s wedding day. Luckily, the couple was super relaxed and flexible with taking some photos inside. It wasn’t a hard decision because we had The Charmant Hotel to explore and create some amazing images.

Jenn’s mom helped her get ready in in a beautifully lit hotel suite. She looked absolutely stunning and was ready to see her groom! The couple decided to do their first look and to exchange letters simultaneously. There were LOTS of happy tears and hugs.

Alex and Jenn were married at St. Patrick Catholic Church. There were so many friends an family there to support them! Those same people joined the couple and the wedding party at Stoney Creek for the reception. The mood and decor was the perfect setting for a cold winter night. There were twinkling candles and warm rustic accents everywhere. Before leaving for the night, I captured some really sweet moments of the couple dancing together first with each other and then together with their parents. It was the perfect ending to a day full of sweet moments.

Alex and Jenn, you are such a wonderful couple. Your wedding was fantastic, but your friendship is invaluable. I am so glad that I met you!
