As wedding photographers, we see a ton of venues! We’ve traveled literally thousands of miles across the country shooting ceremonies and receptions. Every place is special, unique, and charming, but it’s rare that a location has it all. Here in La Crosse, Wisconsin is a triple wedding venue called Celebrations on The River, and it’s sought after by so many couples!
Top reasons Celebrations on the River is such a popular place to get married:
1. Location, Location, Location
It’s right in the name “Celebrations on the River”. The Black River flows by just steps from the backdoor of the venue. This makes for a gorgeous backdrop for outdoor ceremonies and is a welcoming space for guests to visit with each other on warm summer nights. They’ve wrapped the tall tree trunks with twinkling lights. As the sun sets, the backyard looks like a fairytale.
2. Outstanding Staff
Celebrations on the River boasts an incredible staff. The day of coordinators are great, they work well with your vendors and make sure ceremonies and dinner service go off without a hitch. Behind the scenes, the cooks, the waitstaff, and the overnight staff for flipping the room make the place run like a well-oiled machine!
3. Luxurious Design
High-end design features and modern touches make this venue absolutely GORGEOUS. No matter your taste, you can find spaces to rent here that fit your style! Celebrations staff are experts in design and decor. You can rent anything imaginable from them. This is crucial for stress-relief and cost savings.
4. All-in-one Venue
Celebrations is incredibly large and holds three separate reception venues along with two outdoor ceremony spaces! Along with those, are some amazing getting ready suites. These rooms are beautiful, spacious, and bright! You never have to leave the site. We can take all your photos on the property. The dock and the river are amazing backdrops for golden hour photos (our favorite)!
