I met up with Jamie & Zach for their La Crosse, WI summer engagement in the park. I loved the summer light and especially that pretty glow that happened since we went out just before sunset. The light added a special “pop” to the couple and worked perfectly with the bright green and summery colors! We hung out at Riverside Park. I took them to some of my “secret spots” in the park that are private, relaxing, and pulled away from the crowds of people so they could totally be themselves. 

Jamie worked super hard shopping for their new outfits and getting her hair and makeup done. I’m so happy she did because they looked great!! We had a blast working through different poses and chatting about how they met and their wedding plans. 🙂 I love how easy these guys are to be around. We laughed a lot and really had a good time! The fun didn’t end when their session did. Jamie & Zach took the advice from my Style Guide and made plans for dinner at The Freighthouse. It’s so fun to turn your engagement session into a whole date night!

I am so excited to capture Jamie & Zach’s wedding next fall at Stoney Creek. Now that they’ve had their engagement session, I know their wedding photos are going to go super smoothly. They can be totally relaxed knowing that I’ve got them covered. 🙂
