Julia & Ben’s private estate engagement session was so super cool! When Julia and I spoke on the phone about a location, she described to me the amazing land that her family owned. I knew that it had all the things I look for plus sentimental value to the couple. We scheduled their engagement session for summer and completed it just before a huge thunderstorm came through. Rain is good luck on your wedding day, and I’m sure it’s good luck for your engagement session too! 😉 Julia & Ben took me out on their 4-wheelers and gave me a tour of the whole estate. Every time we came to a new spot I was more and more excited to keep shooting!
Julia & Ben met in college and hit it off so quickly. They are both so full of smiles and laughter. They are easy going and really connect with each other! I was amazed at how photogenic they were right off the bat. Their chemistry is totally undeniable. Every snuggle and kiss were picture perfect.
Julia sent me her favorite outfit choices via text to get my opinion. I was in love with her selections, especially the flowy off-the-shoulder show stopping dress! Ben’s fitted shirts were really flattering on him and brought the overall look of their photos up a level!
During their reveal session the couple was totally in love with so many of their images. They decided to order a set of digital files so they can make unlimited prints for themselves, the wedding decor, and gifts for family and friends. There is nothing better than printed tangible products!
I am getting so excited for the winter wedding in January. It’s going to be the perfect way to start the new year! Their day is going to be so super joyful and full of laughter! They have booked The La Crescent Area Event Center, a brand new venue with the perfect warm and contemporary setting for them.
Julia & Ben, you know how much fun I had with you. Thank you so much for showing me all around your property and allowing me to capture all your love on camera!
