Miranda and Dylan celebrated their wedding day at Celebrations on the River. (One of my favorite La Crosse, WI venues!) It was the absolutely perfect location, because they wanted a stress free day! From getting ready in the gorgeous bridal suite, to the outdoor ceremony, and even photos under the twinkly lights at the end of the night – Celebrations on the River had it all. Although it was spring, Mother Nature didn’t bring the warm sunshine that the couple was hoping for. However, I think what transpired was simply gorgeous. The soft snowflakes looked like glitter in the air during the first look. So pretty! Eventually the skies cleared and the couple was able to have their dream outdoor wedding after all! That’s Wisconsin for you…
There were so many wonderful parts of the day, but my favorite was during the private photography session with Miranda and Dylan. They had just finished their ceremony and were extra giggly and adorable. I love the photos of them laughing and being 100% themselves. It’s so important to remember what the day is about! Not table linens, floral, or a fancy dress – ultimately it is about you and your brand new spouse enjoying your first day of marriage!
Miranda and Dylan, you are the perfect example of high school sweethearts turned husband and wife. I know you have been through a lot together, and you deserve to be proud of your relationship. I cannot wait to see what the future holds for you!!
