Wedding Elopement at Elmaro Vineyard

Jane and I talked a lot about her relationship with Dan and how they fell in love. Her eyes lit up and a big smile came across her face as she began. Mutual friends set up the couple. After some persuading Jane decided to send Dan a message online. They chatted back and forth and the fairytale began! Jane knew they would eventually get married, she just had a feeling…

Jane is an amazing planner, a sweetheart, and emotional in all the best ways. Dan is laid back and an absolute goofball. They make the perfect team! She keeps him focused and he makes sure she’s always laughing! I had the best time watching them interact. As you see in the pictures below, they have the best time together.

The couple usually spends the winter in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. They decided it would be the perfect place to get married. However, because of COVID-19, staying in Wisconsin seemed like a better idea. Although they didn’t have the beach, Elmaro Vineyard in Trempealeau, Wisconsin was the perfect location. Jane and Dan wanted somewhere intimate, relaxing, and all inclusive. So, on a hot August day, that is exactly what they got! They said their vows with two amazing friends by their sides.

Photography was a top priority for the couple so I photographed getting ready, details, the ceremony, portraits, and of course some sunset time in the vines! We didn’t stay too late because the newlyweds wanted to get off to their honeymoon vacation at Perrot State Park. They planned a camping trip to celebrate their new marriage. Camping is one of their favorite things to do together.

When I met with Jane for her big reveal, she knew right away she wanted a custom album. An album covers the entire day like the beautiful story it was. She has the perfect spot on her coffee table picked out! Although the wedding was small and intimate, all her guests will be able to flip through the album and enjoy the photos.
